How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose your personal information to third parties for legitimate business purposes. Some disclosures may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable law.

Categories of Personal Information Disclosed

In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information for a business purpose, and the following categories may be "sold" or "shared" (as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA) for cross-context behavioral advertising:

  • Identifiers (name, email, phone, address, IP address) — disclosed to service providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, and advertising partners; identifiers and device data may be "shared" with advertising partners unless you opt out.
  • Commercial information (purchases, transaction history) — disclosed to service providers and, where you complete a purchase through an AI shopping channel, to that channel at your direction.
  • Internet or network activity (browsing activity, interactions with the Services) — disclosed to analytics and advertising partners; may be "shared" for targeted advertising unless you opt out.
  • Financial information (payment details) — disclosed to payment processors only; not sold or shared.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Service Providers

Mobile information collected through Vonage-Teams is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

AI Shopping Assistants & Agentic Storefronts

Our products may be discoverable and, in some cases, purchasable through third-party AI shopping assistants and "agentic" commerce channels (such as AI chat platforms) that connect to our store through Shopify's agentic storefronts program and Shopify Catalog.

  • Product data: AI channels may access our product catalog information, such as product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. This is store data, not your personal information.
  • Order data (direct checkout): If you choose to complete a purchase directly within an AI channel, that channel will collect and process the order details needed to place and fulfill your order — such as your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address — and will share the relevant details with us so that we can fulfill your order. This disclosure occurs at your direction when you initiate the purchase.
  • What is not shared: AI channels do not receive access to our customer database, your full order history with us, or orders you have placed through other sales channels.

When you interact with an AI shopping assistant, your use of that platform is also governed by the AI provider's own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review. For more information about how Shopify enables these channels, see Shopify's documentation on data sharing and privacy for agentic storefronts.

Advertising & Behavioral Targeting

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including Meta/Facebook tools) to deliver targeted advertising and measure performance.

Legal & Business Transfers

We may disclose personal information to comply with laws, respond to legal requests, or protect our rights. We may also transfer information in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or similar transactions.

Consent & Direction

We may share your information when you request or consent to such sharing, including when you direct us to share information with a third party — for example, when you complete a purchase through a third-party AI shopping channel.

Emailing Policy

We send marketing emails containing updates, promotions, and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Do Not Track

Please note that we do not alter our Site's data collection and use practices in response to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. DNT is a deprecated standard with no legal enforcement mechanism, and this statement applies to DNT only.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

L2 Brands recognizes and honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of the sale and sharing of your personal information, as required under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and applicable state privacy laws. If your browser or browser extension has GPC enabled, we will treat that signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information with third parties for targeted advertising purposes. To learn more about GPC and how to enable it, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.

Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Payment transactions are processed through PCI-compliant payment processors. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom & Switzerland (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we process your personal information under the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract: to process your orders, payments, and deliveries and provide the Services.
  • Legitimate interests: to improve our Services, prevent fraud, and conduct first-party analytics, where not overridden by your rights and interests.
  • Consent: for marketing communications and non-essential cookies and tracking technologies. You may withdraw consent at any time through our cookie preferences tool or by unsubscribing.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws, such as tax and accounting requirements.

In addition to the rights described above, you have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations (such as tax, accounting, and reporting requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The criteria we use to determine retention periods include the nature of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable legal requirements. Order and transaction records are retained for the period required by law unless you request deletion and no exception applies.

International Transfers

Your information may be transferred outside your country, including to the United States and Canada. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
