L2 Brands Achieves Fair Labor Association Accreditation

Hanover, PA — March 12, 2026 — L2 Brands is proud to announce that it has been awarded Fair Labor Accreditation by the Fair Labor Association (FLA), following a rigorous, multi-year evaluation of the company's social compliance program and business systems.

This significant milestone reflects L2 Brands' longstanding commitment to responsible sourcing, ethical business practices, and the protection of workers' rights across its global supply chain. With operations spanning multiple countries – including owned production in USA and El Salvador – L2's program was independently assessed against the FLA's Principles of Responsible Sourcing and Production and Workplace Code of Conduct.

The accreditation recognizes L2 Brands' efforts to embed social compliance into its business practices, including cross-functional collaboration, responsible purchasing decisions, and long-term supplier partnerships.

Commitment to Continuous Improvement

Fair Labor Accreditation is widely recognized as one of the most rigorous independent assessments of corporate social compliance programs. The evaluation measures companies against Fair Labor Association's (FLA) Principles of Responsible Sourcing and Production and the FLA Workplace Code of Conduct. These standards are based on the International Labour Organization (ILO), United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Accredited companies are evaluated on an ongoing basis and must demonstrate continuous improvement in protecting workers' rights and strengthening labor standards across their supply chains. While accreditation marks an important achievement, L2 Brands views it as a foundation – not a finish line.
